Studio I am unfit and have not done any exercise for along time, can I still do yoga?

If you have a yoga mat, you can bring it, otherwise we provide every thing here. All you need to do is turn up ! Or you can purchase your own mat from the school at a discounted price. All other props, (blankets, block, belts) are provided by Yoga To Go. Two or three classes per week is ideal. Yet, we understand that time is an issue in the society we live in.
