Starting the New Year with a Yoga intensive is a wonderful way to bring about a new approach to the year ahead. Students are encouraged to deepen their level of practice with the opportunity to take part in this intensive spanning over the course of five evenings. Focusing on the more dynamic aspects of Iyengar Yoga, this intensive will work on building strong foundations, precision and body alignment whilst providing a sense of groundedness, stability and above all working in a supported environment.
